I really love Dr. Silverstein and his staff. He is one of the best doctors i have ever met,he also did my husbands refractive surgery and thanks to him my husband now has prefect vision. Dr. Silverstein is so great and patient with little children and babies, he always treats my kids as if they were his own, and is so kind and compassionate. The staff is also great and works really hard to make sure that everyone is seen without a long wait, and they are always really respectful and kind to all the patients.
VERY IMPATIENT DOCTOR & NASTY, RUDE NURSES/STAFF! Dr. Rodger Silverstein is either clueless to how his staff treats patients or simply doesn't care because he's too busy and worried ONLY about making money to not care. He is in and out of the office is under 2 min. flat and escorted to the next waiting patient by his nurse. IS ONLY CONCERNED ABOUT MAKING MONEY & CLEARLY DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THE WELL BEING OF HIS PATIENTS. He will NEVER take your call if you have to call in with a question. I have been going to Dr. Silverstein for a long time, as well as my family. He has a wonderful staff and really nice optician. The wait isn't that bad, he's extremely smart and I wouldn't trust anyone else to take care of my eyes. He has state of the art machines for testing... Great doctor and great staff!! Highly recommend him!
Dr. Silverstein is a great doctor. He has been my Doctor for years and i love going to his office. He always takes time to answer any questions i have, and he is always very honest with me, and has a great staff. I recommend Dr. Silverstein to all my friends.
I have been a long time patient of Dr. Rodger Silversteins, and he is an amazing doctor despite what people say he saved my sons eye. Thanks to him finding a problem that would have blinded him if not found. You do wait sometimes, but that's ok with me if I know I'm getting the best care... And his staff is amazing as well, the one tech Amy has been so helpful to me. Answers calls after hours and always returns them... The best eye doctor!!
Stay away from this doctor. He's just a money-making machine. Will have you come back over and over. If you have a retina problem, SEE ANOTHER DOCTOR!!!!
waited for 5 hours... waitng room was full... this was a "clinic" experience. and the "nurse" rose was like one=flew-over the cookcoos next. this practice in chester is a mill... although i selected the average knowledge rating, i really dont know the knowledge that exists, as the doctor, when finally seen, outsourced me to iris the nurse from Hell.
read the earlier "warnings " and "slurs"...but had heard so many great things about this doc and his staff (plus he took my insurance), I decided to make an appointment and see for my self. MY verdict" he is the BEST!!. The waiting room was packed, and there was a wait , but there was a reason it was packed. The staff and the doc were terrific, worth the wait. They had the most modern equiptment, and they were upbeat and happy.I got a great exam , felt comfortable and made appointments for my husband and kids.
