Dr. Silverstein has to be the best doctor I have ever been to. He was very helpful and willing to answer all my questions. He is very knowledgeable, concerned, compassionate, does not rush you out the door, spends time with you and explains everything in detail. The staff was amazing. I would definitely recommend this doctor.
Dr .Silerstein is kind and caring doctor! He is very knowledgeable and excellent surgeon.h. He is very good at diagnosing problems. His stuff is very helpful and polite. When you go to the eye doctor, you are putting your sight in his or her hands and there is no one else I would entrust my vision to! I would highly recommend him.
I have been going to this office for years. Best doctor and office staff. Recently took my elderly mom there and the staff and Dr Silverstein spent a lot of time explaining everything to my extremely nervous mom. She was so happy with her results that she said she cant believe how after the procedure how much better she can see and read .....
Fraud is what this Doctor is..for 15 years he has had my Dad believing he had Glacoma, drops every day, coming back every 4 months..he was very rude on his last visit so he decided to go to s new Doctor--guess what- he doesn't have Glacoma!! Silverstein is a fraud who especially scams the eldrtly so please beware!
Dr Roger H. Silverstein doesn't seem to be concerned about his patient issues or questions. He is lazy and has no personality. The nurse gave me a test, and when the results were available she left me in the office waiting. The Doctor did not come in to speak to me, he had her tell me I need surgery. I requested a moment of the Doctors time and waited 10 minutes in another room. When he arrived I asked him to explain the results of the test and what determined my need for surgery. It seems that the Doctor does not make the decisions on Cataract surgery it is Melissa. She says she recommends Toric lenses to everyone whether or not you really need it. My husband had cataract surgery and when we went for the consultation I asked if he needed a Toric Lenses now they say he has a stigmatism and nasty nasty Melissa stated I told you and you said no - why would I say no if I had them myself. Dr. Silverstein is great! Knowledgeable and thorough, just a pleasure to speak with. His staff is friendly and organized. I would recommend him and his practice to everyone, and do often.
I have been going to Dr.Silverstein for long time as well as my family.He is a amazing doctor despite what people say. He has a really nice nurses ,they are always ready to help. Dr.Silverstein always takes his time to answer any questions . He also has a state of the art machine for testing.Great doctor and great staff.
Dr. Silverstein has been my eye doctor for over 15 years. I think he is a very smart guy who knows what he's doing. It's weird to see some of these reviews because I absolutely love his staff, they are very sweet and helpful girls. I have nothing bad to say about this doctor or his staff and I never wait long.
