Dr. Silverstein is the best orthopedic surgeon. I had hip surgery in April and a few days later broke my femur on the same side. Because of Dr. Silverstein I am able to return to normal activities and walk with the use of a cane sometimes. I am so grateful to him and his team for getting me back on my feet. I was able to dance at my cousin’s wedding in August. Thank you Dr. Silverstein and staff for all you do.
Dr Silverstein replaced both my hips. He is a remarkable surgeon. Terrific office staff and my meetings with him were informative and reassuring. Hospital care following surgery at St Francis was excellent. Can't recommend him particularly and CJRI strongly enough. Thank you, Dr S!

Eric Silverstein is great! He’s operated on me twice over the years. Total knee and hip.Very easy to talk to, explains everything so well. I've had two procedures by Dr. Silverstein. And each time, the results were pretty close to perfect. Office visits are a pleasure and professional -- from staff to Dr. Silverstein himself. First procedure was a rod implant in right leg; almost easy peasy! Second was a total knee replacement. Thankfully, Dr. Silverstein approved my doing PT ahead of the surgery (as well as after, of course) making recovery that much easier. Highly recommend!
Dr. Silverstein and his staff were very personable and professional during our meetings. He explained the hip replacement procedure thoroughly including what to expect post-operatively. I had few issues with the surgical site and have been pain-free in the joint since the operation. He and his staff were timely in responding to my requests for insurance documentation and records. I highly recommend him for any joint replacement procedure!
This is my second surgery with the great Dr. Silverstein. I cannot recommend him highly enough. I had a very complicated hip revision with my sciatic nerve involved. I could barely move when going in for surgery and the minute I awoke from a long surgery, I felt immediate relief. Dr. Silverstein and his entire staff showed me great care, gave me as much time as needed to explain things clearly and treated me with patience and kindness. I feel so lucky to be his patient
