We have used many other plumbing companies and did not receive the excellent service the constant updates and phone calls keeping us in the loop during our time of plumbing problems that were occurring at her house. We are in the real estate business and have been in the valley for over 20 years and recommend silver state above and beyond any other plumbing company in town.

We had two issues. One was our tankless water heater and then the next time it was our gas line. Both times Basil came and was courteous, knowledgeable, took good care of us and explained things so that we could understand what was going on. He fixed the problem with the tankless water heater and in addition to that he was called a second time to best address our gas line. We had been told it was out of code. He taught us about the gas lines and showed us that we did not have a problem after all. I highly recommend this comp... read more
Service was amazing, tech guy David was awesome, on time, professional, clean, and explained everything of what he was doing. My dog even liked him...thank you tech David. I recommend this place to everyone you cant go wrong with service like theirs!
They instal crappy units.
Your technician Danny Neske was extremely professional, courteous and knew very quickly exactly what my AC problem was. ThankGod it was a simple fix this time. But now yours is the ONLY company I will call and reccomend in the future. I'm so happy that you employ people of Danny's calibur. He was awesome!

I came home from work to a house that was 92 degrees , my a/c unit was blowing hot air. I called Silver State at approx 545 pm, had a Tech knocking on my door a little after 6! Danny was awesome, a great credit to your company, He was able to diagnose and fix the issues quickly....he kept me informed and explained everything. Danny is a great Tech!
