Five stars to Felipe ! Awesome job. Zero stars to management and company policies. A $200 job was gladly upsold to an $800 job. What after job was done boss would only guarantee for 6 mos! 😱 wow! New boss you are a jerk and I will let all my friends know. We agreed to $800 had a2 year promise. Service done ✅ feeling happy about trust 👿 not.

I have been a customer for years and have always been happy with the service I have received. They call twice a year to schedule checks and tuneups for my air conditioner and heater. They always let me know when something doesn’t seem right and suggest options to take care of the issue. Sean was here today and was very nice and happily found no issues. I recommend them very highly.
Vince did a super job checking out AC equipment and making sure any questions I had he answered
Silverstate is great. My heater was not functioning and Vince, the serviceman, came and fixed the problem. Vince informed me why the problem may had occurred and what to do to prevent future problems. It is good to have someone like Vince who educates the customer.
