RecommendedI can highly recommend renting from Silverman. They are extremely professional, have immaculate apartments, really take care of the apartments and the tenants. There is nothing bad to say! Risk free renting with a great landlord.
Coronavirus situation: lwe own an apartment at 234 10th St and share courtyard with “rental” building. Renters from other building threw a party with moms sitting on the courtyard and kids running around despite being told not to gather. I walked my dog and stared because I could t believe what’s happening. Paul Silverman is a great man. I'm privileged to live in one of his buildings. He and his staff are excellent.
