Silverline came in and took down 9 of our GIANT Bull Pines and did an absolutely amazing job! Extremely professional and great guys to work with! I would recommend them for your tree service every time!!
We could not have asked for a better experience with Silverline! They were able to schedule us quickly for a quote; Andrew was professional and easy to communicate with when he came over for the quote. When we got the quote a few days later I was shocked to see it was HALF the cost of the other quotes we got! When we moved forward with the quote, they got us on the schedule in less than a week. Mutually hired between neighbors to trim some redwood trees. There were three trees in all. Initially there was some miscommunication that lead to rescheduling (we all understood that one section of a fence had to come apart and when it came to job day they said it was two sections. We still think this error was on the company but they won’t take any responsibility). Anyway they said they would have to work it out to reschedule which they eventually did. Josh and Grant showed up in time they were quick, efficient and absolutely knew their job. It’s so refreshing to know this company has great prices too. Thank you guys really appreciate you dealing politely with the crazy neighbor too.
Excellent service in every way! We have a tricky backyard redwood grove in a very suburban neighborhood, and they were absolute experts in removing dead and dangerous limbs and shaping and cleaning up all the smaller trees and shrubs in the understory. Best tree service we've ever used!!
