Silverleaf Resorts are worth less. They are a Scam. I found a nonprofit that wanted it and I donated. Took 5 months to donate because Silverleaf made it difficult. Was happy to get rid of it. Maintenance fees kept going up. It was hard to get days booked with Endless Escape. The older units were not kept up. Just rent a vacation house or a hotel for a lot less problems.

These people are nothing but a rip off, they will first take the the initial amount for what you agreed 30,000 once that is paid off they will get you on the maintenance fees they will first start of low then sky high to were you can't afford it and loose the property/ foreclose due to none payment David sampsel the manager won't even help

This place is being renovated for BISD, it is no longer Silverleaf Resorts. Hopefully this brings closure to all the folks who got ripped off by the folks who sold timeshares from the location.
