I've never had an issue when renting from Silverheels. I trust them more than any other rental company in the area, and I have rented off of them in the past. When I was looking for my current apartments, Silverheels was the first place I checked for listings because I know I can trust them as a rental company.
I have been very pleased with my experience with this company. The staff has been friendly and very helpful. Highly recommend!!

As a property management company they are extremely unorganized and unprofessional. They don't maintain a legitimate schedule for sending out rent checks, it is on the whim of when the account department gets to it. This is typically 3 weeks after the first of the month and occasionally they are another week behind.
This by far, was the most horrible experience I have ever had. These people are so unorganized and RUDE. Tried to blame us on damages that were at the house already and tried to make us pay outrageous amounts for "our damage". Our house also had black mold they never even touched or tried to get rid of. Our basement flooded with 2 feet of water and took them a week to fix. Also, if you need them, they don't even knock on your doors, just walk straight into the house.
