Just found out that all the senior maintenance staff left the company. They hired 3 people to do 1 persons job and now 2 quit and the only one left sits in the office. Pretty sad state of affairs. This winter I watched the new maintenance boss sit in the truck while another guy cleared our walks and then salted.
The owners are childish and petty they use use use then throw you under the bus for anything that goes wrong. Horrible place to work and rent from.
Silverheels is nothing but slum lords. They do the very least to make sure everything is working in proper condition. They do not take care or their tenants or their employees. The owner is spiteful and rude. And note to anyone considering a job with them, they will not take care of you. And if you ever plan on leaving for a new job to better provide for you and your family they will make sure to reach out to your employer about you and or refuse your future services if applicable.
I took two trips to fix the sink, and a weekend with not being able to use it. I appreciated Todd coming out and checking on it and following through with it the following Monday. Our doorbell is still not working on the back porch and I think a spider is shorting it out once in a while because it goes off for no reason.
