Whatever you do, stay away from Kari Hammon. She is probably the worst realtor out there who cares more about going to the gym than focusing on her customer's needs even if they are United States Veterans. She called my wife and I around 1100 and started yelling at us about putting two bids on separate houses saying that there's paperwork involved, we were ok with that.
