We purchased a 1.5 million dollar house in Eagle, Silvercreek was the listing agent. We paid over asking price for the house, and when the seller moved out it was way less than broom clean. Our agent asked for that to be corrected, and the selling agent said she'd look into it, but that was the end of it. We had to pay a cleaning agency to clean the house before we moved in.
