I cannot give enough praise and “thank you “ for the past year of amazing personal care from Silverado . My mother Lydia valdez has received . Personally a very big appreciation and love towards Suzie & Mocha , both have exceeded patient care to patient friend . While my mother’s health has improved and has done a 180 turnaround, the weekly visits from both Suzie & Mocha will for sure be greatly missed . My family was in need of hospice services for my 90 year old mother. Silverado got us consultation and placement immediately. They made a very difficult time and decision much easier. They also checked in to make sure everything was going well. My family and I would highly recommend their services.
I just have to say, Debbie Lanza, the Silverado Hospice nurse, and Ina, the Silverado Hospice aide, are the most compassionate, loving, hard working ladies I’ve met at Silverado Calabasas. They go above and beyond in what they do and treat the residents with the upmost respect and give exceptional quality care. Silverado Calabasas and the Silverado Calabasas residents are truly blessed to have such wonderful people taking such great care of them.
Thoroughly enjoy working with the Silverado hospice team, and big shout out to RN Debby, who is always helpful, very responsive and on top of our residents care. (:
I want to thank Silverado Hospice for all they did for me in a very difficult time as I spent my last weeks with my father. Every person I encountered from Nurses, Social worker and Chaplain were so kind, thoughtful, informative and you can tell they cared about the patient, family, and knew how to do their jobs with kindness, compassion and grace.
