The experience of loosing a loved one is hard, but the care and support we received from Silverado Hospice in home care team was more than comforting. Lead by Therese (care manager), her team was able to give relief to my aunt who was suffering from an aggressive sarcoma. Her pain was high and they were able to help manage her symptoms with such grace and care. Deby was our hospice nurse for a year before my fathers passing and I now consider her a friend! Deby, Dr Mobaseri, Jesus and the rest of the hospice team went above and beyond to care for my father. I cannot thank you all enough for providing comfort in the times we felt lost and unsure of what to do next, you guided us and advocated for us. All our love to you.
Too horrifying to not exceed character limit, but other people need to be warned of this demon company! DO NOT PUT YOUR FAMILY MEMBERS YOU LOVE IN SILVERADOS CARE!!! It’s pathetic that this is who they send when people are LITERALLY DYING!! My mother just passed and I was extremely fortunate to have her hospice performed by Silverado. The equipment delivery and nursing staff were first rate. Everyone was very supportive. I had a nurse respond on the phone to every concern I had and they never hesitated to send one out in person. A doctor consulted with me a few times too. My only tip is you might want have someone to relieve you at night. (I was actually doing round the clock care.)
