This place is the best! All the caregivers are so kind and caring. Every single one of them, without exception! I am really impressed with them and so glad my Mom was able to be admitted here. Mom loves all the activities every day and loves her neighbors and friends she has made in the community. My Mom is not always easy to please and she actually really likes being at Silverado! Today I visited Silverado Memory Care Community in Thousand Oaks.It is in a beautiful residential neighborhood surrounded by mountains. I was blown away at the genuine kindness and engagement that the staff provided residents. There were two service dogs, birds, a sports rehabilitation facility, community center, games, and smiling faces everywhere. Residents were greeted by name.
