RecommendedI received a silver charm necklace with the name Nana with a heart, i never took it off and recently lost it, Silverado has worked with me to replace this item. Moana was so very helpful and I appreciate the caring way they contacted the artist to replace my special item.
Had an absolutely amazing shopping experience with Manya. She has amazing taste and offered countless suggestions for mixing and matching jewelry by my favorite jewelry artist as well as some other choice artisans offered by Silverado. I was greatly impressed with the quality and variety of jewelry that the store had to offer, reasonable pricing and prompt shipping with beautiful packaging and travel jewelry bags. Manya's enthusiasm was contagious and I will gladly shop with Silverado Portland again in the future.

Bought a beautiful silver link chain from Silverado about a year ago. It has not tarnished. Loved it so much, went back this week and bought a shorter chain to go with my other pendants. Beautiful workman ship. Very helpful people who know their jewelry and the artists.
I got a necklace and earrings from here as a gift for Christmas. Unfortunately for me they do not accept returns even with a receipt... this is just not my style and I'm super disappointed that their policy is so horrible . I would never shop here in the future for this reason. Beware shoppers they'll take your money and give no refunds. Oh did I mention I called and they hung up on me? Yeah very professional. I will spread the word far and wide about what a scam this is.
DO NOT SHOP HERE. They told my husband they could put a longer chain on a necklace so he purchased it. Brought it in for the new chain, they kept the necklace (and his money) for a couple weeks, then sent a letter saying sorry we can't replace chain. Will not give a refund even though he only purchased it with that assurance. Horrible business to deal with.
