RecommendedI got the pleasure to talk to Luis (Manager I believe) and he made my experience very pleasant. You can tell this guy has a strong love for what he does and truly cares about the people who sit in front of him! He is very knowledgeable and caring and also extremely attentive and aware of the needs of potential residents. The community itself is very well taken care of and very nice. I would highly recommend not only this community but also the people who work there more especially Luis.
We’ve been here at Silverado Crossing for 2 years going on 3. From the moment I spoke to someone on the phone about leasing, to walking in to sign my lease, to moving in and any help I/my family needed, someone has been there to help me. I’ve gotten reasonable rates and I appreciate the office staff. Great choice
Just toured the apartments at Silverado Crossing a few days ago, and I can't wait to move in. The front office staff were very friendly, and accommodating! Both apartments we looked at were beautiful, and the layout made us feel at home. All pluses so far...
Roxy is great. We came back 3 times and she was very patient and helpful
Customer service is A1. Nick is so wonderful and the apartment is beautiful. Nice grounds and a super cool pool too!
Don't be fooled. They will move anyone in those apartments. People doing drugs and breaking into cars. Gates never working. All the care about is money and how fast and many people they can get in there.
