My son and daughter had an apartment here last year for school. Their move out date was on June 1, 2020. On April 1, 2020 my son called management and informed them he and his sister (as well as the rest of our family) had been quarantined in Houston due to the recent pandemic and could not work, their classes had been canceled and therefore would not be returning to the apartment. The only place in 8 years of renting I wouldn’t recommend. Management is bad at communicating. They run through a lot of managers. Parkings pretty bad even if you’re a resident, and overcharged the hell out of me for moving out.
I love living in the Silverado Crossing complex! Each member of the leasing staff is and has always been incredibly helpful and wonderful to work with. Everyone greets me with a smile and is happy to address any issue I've been experiencing. I've had troubles with a clogged drain and my oven, and the maintenance team has always been quick to help diagnose and fix the problem. Super awesome and modern apartments. The location is what I love the most. Near Walmart and HEB and many restaurants within a 2 minute drive (literally). The staff is amazing and they’re available Monday-Sunday. Made some new neighbor friends. Very happy here!
My apartment condition at move in is gross. Mold in every room. It took maintenance over 30 minutes to try to get most of the mold out of the dishwasher. They denied that there is any mold in the shower (visible black mold)
Silverado Crossing is a wonderful community with lots convenient amenities. Manager Luis Palma is a consummate, attentive and caring professional with a helpful and knowledgeable staff.
