Worse hospice in Town!! Turn over rate is crazy. You may have a this nurse or cna one day but then next week you wont . Communication sucks badly. 3 or 4 Director of Nurses within the past 6 months . Regional managers do not step down to help at all, they throw all the patients on the RNCMs. Work life balance is poor. Patients have transferred because no staff to cover visits. Melissa was nice to work with. She's the one who got my grandfather signed up for hospice. He was only on it for around 3 days before passing, but I was pretty disappointed with the experience. I've heard people rave about how great and helpful hospice is, but I didn't feel that way with Silverado. It wasn't bad by any means, it just felt lacking. I recently went with Silverado Hospice to care for my father. Everyone from Courtney the Liasson, Heather the nurse, Alex the Social Worker, to Emily the Chaplain, were truly amazing and really made my Dad as comfortable as possible. Separately they were a tremendous help to me personally as I attempted to navigate the world of end of life health care and all that comes with that.
