I had a great first appointment and examination. Dr. Silver is incredibly helpful and nice. However, you are put on the back burner as soon as you receive your glasses. My glasses have frequently needed to be adjusted due to the frames constantly rubbing the side of my nose and getting loose behind my ears. You can't just walk in; you need to phone and schedule an appointment for any sort of adjustment or fix. You must wait for someone to return your call. Voicemails and phone calls go unanswered.
