Dr. Silver is good. She has all the gadget and tools to diagnose and treat your vision. However, the clinic/practice lacks customer service. I bought two pair of progressive glasses and within 3 months one of them lost a screw. Not a big deal, just drop by and see if they can spend 10 min to fix or maybe have come back later in the day. One screw on the arm of the glasses ($500 with insurance) and the front desk guy just stared and said I needed to make an appt.
