Finance of America might be able to get you a loan quickly, but that's where their customer service stops. I have owned my home less than 2.5 years and in that time, my loan has been transferred 5x including me choosing to refinance BACK with FOA with a verbal understanding that my loan would not be sold to anyone else again. They lied, and it's been sold again.
