Purposely neglected our 3 oak trees that we wanted to save during the building process. We have pictures of skid loaders sitting on top of the roots. When we found out the trees were all dead, they wouldn’t even talk to us about it. Ignored the issue and said there was nothing they could do. They build a nice house, BUT their communication stinks, their warranty work after closing stinks, they are just overall difficult to work with. If you build with them, be ready to fight! After our friends picked out a lot, specifically because of the trees on the lot, they were told the trees would be properly cared for while they were building of the home. My friends mentioned concern during the build, but were assured, the trees would be fine. About a year later, the trees all died because of their maltreatment of the trees. They are crooks and don’t care about anything other than the bottom dollar - in their pocket.

I purchase one of their homes that was 2 years old. Mold was growing behind the ice maker because they didn't seal the area. The Cabinetry was not installed correctly and it is crooked and drawers scrape doors because again, nothing is aligned correctly. We've had other several issues including a mice and Scorpion problem. For being such the young home, I have to say I am pretty disappointed.
