They cant seem to do anything on time. Except collect the rent. And even that is difficult at times. I will say this though. The front desk girls are such a big help. I would have moved a long time ago if not for her.

I've rented from Silver State Realty almost 18 months. We've had issues every time we've had to request anything from them. Very unresponsive, you have to call several (at least 3) times to get any response, rude customer service, and don't seem to care about helping customers. I wouldn't reccomend anyone to use them. 18 months and still haven't gotten a clear answer on who runs my account. Terrible company. Very dismissive.
2 stars from a current tenants Be prepared to pay SOOOOOOO many fees. Seriously. We signed our lease in January. Asked HUNDREDS of times to change our due date from the 1st of the month to the 5th. Not a horrendous change right? NOPE. They DO NOT CARE about you and your ability to pay. They care about money. Greedy. Worst company I have ever delt with in my life. I am embarrassed I rent a house from them as long as I have. I will never again rent it buy a home from this so called "business"
I have been using Silver State for property management of my rental home in Summerlin. The service has never been great, but has completely gone downhill the past two years. We recently terminated their services because they do not respond to my inquiries as well as tenant complaints. We have a repair caused by a tenant which still has not been repaired, which has been outstanding since 2014. Tenant burned our cultured marble countertop with their curling iron. We love and take care of the condo we rent, we pay our bills on time, and maintenance fixes things quickly, but had some issues with communication and customer service months ago. Recently when I needed an important question answered, Dan responded professionally and in a very timely manner. It looks like some changes have happened in the office that will make it a more positive experience for their customers.
