most of all I think is the trust i felt in the salesperson, Nesto, i worked with. Not only does this guy live and breathe cars, but he's possibly one of the nicest guys you'll ever meet. And he's a car dealer. I couldn't imagine going to someone else. Overall great, experience and i get to drive a Benz.

Helpful and energetic – I bought a 2008 Mercedes from Anna Gjomarkaj. She was was very helpful and energetic and had a positive attitued throughout the negotiation. She answered all of my questions and was quick to get back to me when I called. The process went smoothly and I got the car I wanted at what I think is a reasonable price. The car was nicely detailed. I've had it for about a week and I'm very happy with it.

Great Experience – I just picked my C300 from Robert. He was fantastic and everyone at the dealer was friendly. They answered all my questions and were very informative. Rosemary helped me with all my paperwork and quickly responded to some questions I had after I picked up my car. Great experience.

High-end services – I have just done my second Mercedes Benz lease with Silver Star Motors. After my great experience with the first least, I could not imagine going to another dealer. Throughout the lease period i often commented, "if all cars drove like Mercedes Benz and all dealers provided the service that Silver Star does," the consumer world would be a very different place. Very nice experience. I did not buy a vehicle becuase the one I was interested was not a good fit for my daughter. But, the whole research and experience was excellent. She was very helpful and patient. Excellent websiter with good amount of information too

Yeh, i had a great business experience with silver star motors, especially the friendly nature and co operations given by their staff. She was able to co ordinate my purchase, and made it easier for me, to take a, decisive action regarding my vehicle order and assisted, in her capacity, in prompt shipment to my destination in Africa. i strongly recommend them to other intended buyers.

My first time walking way from a dealer smile on my face... Kristy was so proficional , and made truly respectful , no like other time buying car when I feel like they was rude and very push...
