Well...after nearly a decade, Gold Star is MIA. Oscar & company are not returning phone calls. He and I have chatted fondly over the years, so not sure what's happening. It pains me to write this but...my lawn is overgrown. In addition, we have had numerous billing issues which required adjustments on their part. Time to move on. Hope this helps someone.
Do NOT use this company. This company failed to winterize the irrigation system which led to a busted pipe and 112,000 gallons of water lost (and billed for). In addition, they stopped treating the yard without any notice - and now our HOA is sending us letters complaining about weeds, dandelions, etc. I tried over 50 phone calls and texts to reach out to this company and no one EVER returned the calls.
