No stars of possible for this property it's a living nightmare!!! Roaches taking over your belongings,the appliances,pouring out of vents,fire alarms,literally they are everywhere you turn! You will end up losing money!.I think it's all because The property is badly maintained.
I can't think of a single good thing to say about Silver Springs. I had been stolen from several times while living here for 2 years: My TV, hubcaps from my car, even plants sitting outside on my patio. There were roaches, plenty of roaches to keep me company. I only heard about bedbugs but never experienced that myself. People leave their kids outside unattended all day and they continuously run up and down the stairs in groups, while screaming and banging their toys on the railings and walls. The apartment layout was nice and there is some storage, however you could see a lot of wall repairs that were made because of the sloppy patches etc. I guess instead of doing a good job, you just slap a heavy coat of paint and let it drip down the wall over the damage. When we first moved in there were no insects in sight and pest control was there shortly after we moved in, however a couple months after a few roaches started to appear, so I promptly reported it to the office personnel and mentioned to them that when we mov... read more
Welcome to North Austin's secret little ghetto!! If you enjoy rambunctious, destructive, unsupervised children running up and down the hallways all day, lots of yelling, neighbors garbage all over your area then this is the place for you!!
