This is a very violent and toxic neighborhood. Lots of crimes such as robbery, armed robbery, assault, drug dealing, drug doing, and house/car break-ins all the time. Me and my mother's apartment was broken into last Friday even! I discourage anyone from living here. The management is terrible and charge you for grievance resorts. They don't respond to break-ins and crimes at all either. Terrible security, a broken gate, no camera security, all they have is a courtesy officer going out at night every once and a while!
