This place has gone downhill worse than I thought it could. The new owners are liars and do not care to do anything to solve problems, they just make excuses. Neither pool is open or will be open. They don't fix things but are great at making excuses. They take calls and write everything on a notepad which never is dealt with. My dog was attacked here by another dog and I ended up having to put him down after having him for 12 years because he was hurt so bad. YES, they take furocious breeds that the owners can't control. 0 stars for SILVER SPRINGS APTS. #1. They lied about this Very nasty pond that supposedly was bring worked on. My front VIEW 2 YRS . Worst of all. My brother almost died in that apt after emergency Gall bladder surgery. He actually did pass away Sept 2 months ago. All VESTA REALTY cared about was evicting me because I didn't want to add my brother to my lease. They actually evicted me for that reason only!!! Never owed them any money.
