Just moved in this weekend. Everyone from Seth in leasing to Larry at the front desk to Martin in maintenance have been very welcoming and helpful throughout this process. The apartment is beautiful and has all of the amenities anyone could ask for in downtown living. I am enjoying everything about this city, from the multicultural neighborhood to the ability to pop over to DC for date night and being able to walk to work. I’m so glad that we landed here.
The staff are amazing and maintenance requests are attended to promptly. Love living in downtown Silver Spring, which is walkable and fun. Best apartment home ever.
We've been living here for 2 years, here's a short summary of our experience: - The AC and heat are governed by a decrepit ancient system that has to be "switched over", which wouldn't be a problem, except as others have noted, it is not switched on time or even in a reasonable amount of time. Excellent place to live thanks to leasing staff and maintenance team. The entire leasing team are very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately have to break the lease and leave the area due to a job transfer. The property manager and leasing staff (Shelly, Laura and others) went all out to find a replacement tenant. Thanks to their efforts, I avoided having to pay the lease termination fees. Also, huge kudos to management for consistently organizing events , parties and fun things throughout the year. I like specific individuals that work here. Some I don't like at all. I've lived here for nearly 10 years and I find that they never forget a rent increase. But they do forget things like replacing broken down refrigerators and broken ovens/stoves. The location is good minus a few panhandlers that frequent the neighborhood. If I had found another location when I was searching I would have moved there. SIlver Spring is very much an immigrants town.
