Poor scheduling. Told me they would fix the poor customer service/ scheduling issue and send a gift card, not fixed—no gift card. Won’t be returning. Doctor is great, reception needs improvement.
The staff is incredibly friendly, the dentists are kind and talk to you about what they are doing, which is always appreciated.
I love coming here. I've been coming for about 3 years now. The staff are friendly and kind. The hygienists always take their time and do an excellent cleaning. I leave the office feeling like my teeth are radiant. I especially love Dr. Mayo. He is the kindest, sweetest dentist I've ever met. He just exudes so much care for his patients. I'm very glad to have found this practice and I highly recommend it.
The hygienist today was great. Reception and advice sinker in. Dr Mayo is the best. Every patient is a friend.
