Unfortunately, Silver Spring Dental Arts No Longer Prioritizes Patient Care Silver Spring Dental Arts was once my preferred dental practice, but my experience after Covid made it clear that patient needs were no longer a priority. After bouncing from bad dentist to bad dentist for years, I've been coming to Dr. Thompson for 5 or 6 years now, and I couldn't recommend her enough. Melinda at the front desk is wonderful as well.
I love it here! I mean, really. They are lovely people and great professionals. Dr. Mellanie is thoughtful and considerate in her treatment plans and care. Her entire staff reflect the same. The Dental Hygienists (I will learn all of their names) are spectacular. Melinda is delightful and it is such a joy to see her when I come in. I am so grateful to have found 'my Dentist'...that is no easy feat, let me tell you!
