I've been seeing Dr. Thompson for over ten years now. I've lived in Virginia for five of those years, so her office is an hour's drive away, but I refuse to switch to a closer dentist because she and her staff are so warm and welcoming and all of them know what they're doing. I have a service dog, and the entire staff make sure both of us feel welcomed and taken care of.
