I have worked up and down the Emerald coast in Santa Rosa Beach for the past 13 years as a contractor. I had sold my home and needed a place to lay my head in Santa Rosa Beach. I know that my leasing agent did everything that was within her power, legally but she did not stand up to an unreasonable client that was Asking over $2000 for a 940 sq ft home with no fence, no sprinklers, no covered areas outside , no storage , no dishwasher, and no garbage disposal.
