I have been a resident here for almost a year now and I genuinely love living here. I used to live at Beacon 85 and I moved to Silver Reef because it was more affordable. I love my cozy little apartment and coming home is the highlight of my day. The property is quiet and well kept. I never have any issues. My neighbors keep to themselves. RecommendedWe have been here for 5 years and I can say that every aspect of the community he only improved during that time. Maintenance is prompt, office is friendly, and management has also improved- stress free apartment living!!
Numerous issues. Over all nice people but property has issues. Shut off water with no advance notification and no follow up call. Rude late night maintenance employee sounded drunk and hung up on me.
they dont respect their own tenants or the paperwork they themselves sign. i was evicted due to a domestic assault and because of the assault my partner was arrested and i was unable pay my rent in full. fucked up situation they gave absolutely zero shit about. no compassion, just money hungry like the rest of them. they took me to court even after i signed a document before moving in stating i wasnt the responsible party, as they asked me to do, and had it notarized. been fighting this ever since. i personally recommend giv... read more
I've enjoyed living here so far. Some of the neighbors can be socially awkward but the people in the office are pretty cool.
