Really unhappy with the overnight caregivers and this company. Very unprofessional and untrustworthy. No accountability from management when the caregivers aren't doing their jobs, clearly not properly trained. Caregivers can't be trusted to actually turn the patient and watch over them. Highly recommend not going with this company.
Exceptional experience with Silver Pacific! When my mother-in-law needed in-home care, we weren't sure where to turn. A friend recommended Silver Pacific so we gave them a call. Sharon came to meet with us that very day and was able to arrange caregiving to begin the following day! Silver Pacific has been amazing! Sharon, the case manager, initially met with our family and got to know our very specific needs prior to selecting the incredible caring and skilled team of wonderful caregivers for our loved ones. We have a unique situation where there are 3 family members in one home that require high skilled 24/7 care. Silver Pacific has been such a positive experience for us. Our caregiver engages my husband in a variety of activities our other caregiver didn’t. Puzzling, Coloring, karaoke with UTube. Out door and indoor walks and friendly conversations. She’s very good at finding new things to keep him engaged. She reviews her time with him with me. A status report is sent with a review of the day by Sharon, a very smart, unique attention to detail. I am so pleased.
We needed a great, trustworthy person to be with our Mom, and Silver Care has been amazing, finding the perfect fit. Highly recommended.
