GPS receiver for Z car power steering takes several minutes to get satellite lock on first use of the day. Steering has zero resistance while in this startup mode. Once it has lock it works fine and if it is shut off briefly and then restarted it actives lock quickly and works as designed. Very disappointing initial daily driving experience. Follow up product support also very disappointing
I love the Electric Power Steering conversion Kit I got from Silverminemotors. my 280Z is so easy to park.
Ordered a bunch of parts and they were packaged really poorly. Upon arrival the hard brake lines were sticking through the box. One flare was damaged, and was replaced as requested. Upon checking the components, a 6 piston caliper kit was ordered. But we received a 4 piston kit. Had to spend money on shipping to send this back. After about 2w, finally received the replacements. Which were again 4 piston calipers. I had to order everything elsewhere since I could not hold up the build anymore. I requested a full return which ... read more
