I didn’t think I’d ever feel comfortable with psychiatric care, but Silver Lining changed that. So grateful for them!
I wish more clinics took the time to understand the cultural context of mental health the way SLIP does. Their approach is powerful and needed. They made me feel like I had options and a say in my treatment. Whether it was medication management, nutritional support, therapy, or mindfulness-based practices, everything was tailored specifically to my needs.
