Started off rocky but Steve is one of the new guys and came in and was great with updating and keeping things on track for me to get my vehicle repaired, end results of my vehicle repairs are amazing

I took my truck to the 8904 South Fwy location after being rear-ended twice. From the start, communication was excellent. They kept me updated, explained the repair process, and were professional. I also made it clear that most of the impact was transferred through my trailer hitch, not just the rear of the bed, and that the force of the collision seemed much greater than the visible damage suggested. Only communication I get is when I reach out. Was told my repairs would take 1-2 weeks at most and they’ve had my vehicle for almost a month, only time I’m updated is when I reach out and call. No one has tried to work with me or make the situation better. Will not be using their services again.
Dropped my stepson off here to get his car fixed, and they had him in and out very quickly
