I used Silver Lining Collision based on the amazing work that they did for my husband and friend. The customer service that I received from Lyn Bradford from the moment that I walked through the door was impeccable. She greeted me as though she knew me already. Brought car to have hail damage repaired. The repairs seem OK. But there are other issues. The final cost was more than $3000 over the initial bid. The car was returned, dirty on the inside. Formats were cleaned before I dropped it off. They were dirty afterwards. They did put a format cover after they were dirty. I guess to hide the mess they made. I am a non-smoker and my car now smells like cigarettes. I do not recommend.
The quickest and easiest repair job I've done and that's all thanks to these guys and gals. Fully recommend for your repairs and they work with all insurances no problem especially USAA
I called and staff answered the phone really fast, I came in the next day and they helped me open my hood so I could get an oil change. I was so stressed, and they were extremely kind! The place was clean, they offered me chai tea, and refreshments while waiting. Special shoutout to Lyn, Daimon, Lorenzo! Y’all are amazing and I definitely will be recommending this business!
