Updated for summer of 2025 Due to softball size hail, we ended up at Silver Lining again. This time, they worked on my Toyota 4runnner and my daughter's Ford Explorer. My thoughts about them have not changed. They ended up completing both projects the day before the date that was promised. My daughter's car looked better than it did the day she bought it. The service was above and beyond by silver lining collision. They went out of their way for us. I had ignition that was damaged by attempted theft that was repaired. During this repair they replaced the battery with proper factory kia battery. Months later battery went bad. They never questioned getting it covered by warranty and even came to install for my wife because I was out of town. James W.

First and foremost this is a great shop that does great work. My experience was a bit of an anomaly from the typical experience, I gather. I chose this shop for two reasons. One is that they were in network for my insurance which made things a little easier, and two was that they already had great reviews.
