Non-existent customer service. Chris at the front desk must have been having a bad day. I came in with a 9am reservation. He snapped that they don't do reservations until after 10am. I told him I have 2 separate confirmations that both show that it's a 9am reservation. He took that as a personal insult, and snapped back that it's not happening. I left and came back at 10:45, and he informed me that he gave my reservation to someone else. He said that since I "stormed out earlier" he figured that I no longer wanted my reserva... read more
