New management is absolutely horrible. Donna needs to be better trained and educated on how to deal with customers and issues that arise from their own vehicles. Charging customers an extra almost $100 because your vehicles have problems IS NOT MY PROBLEM. But they made it mine, so now I have to wait for someone from corporate to call me to issue a refund... Great customer service! Update: Ended up leaving storage unit but they are still fantastic. Always great working here.
