New management is absolutely horrible. Donna needs to be better trained and educated on how to deal with customers and issues that arise from their own vehicles. Charging customers an extra almost $100 because your vehicles have problems IS NOT MY PROBLEM. But they made it mine, so now I have to wait for someone from corporate to call me to issue a refund... Returned my rental van with $40 of freshly pumped gas. The gauge didn’t move, I was charged almost an extra $100 for a Fuel fee, and a ridiculous amount for the milage n... read more
