Joellen is amazing, patient, kind and makes you feel relaxed and comfortable. I’ve always had a fear and anxiety about going to see a dentist. The staff was amazing, helpful and understanding. She’s so gentle and her humor keeps you in a great mood! I honestly have to say this is the first time where I felt like this will be my forever dentist, not just for me but for my whole family. BEWARE!!! VERY DECEPTIVE DENTAL OFFICE THAT DEMANDS PAYMENTS IN FULL AT THE END OF EVERY VISIT EVEN BEFORE RUNNING THE VISITS THROUGH THE INSURANCE LIKE EVERY OTHER OFFICE DOES!! THEN AFTER BULLYING US TO GIVE THEM A PARTIAL PAYMENT FOR A CAVITY THAT THEY MISSED THROUGH THE 40 MINUTES OF XRAYS AND CHECKING, THEY AGREED WITH ME TO MAKING PAYMENTS, THEN PROCEEDED TO CALL MY WIFE THE DAY BEFORE HER APPOINTMENT AND DEMANDED PAYMENT IN FULL OR SHE COULD NOT COME IN!!! PLENTY OF DENTISTS OUT THERE-LOOK 👀 ELSEWHERE!!!
Took my husband in for his annual exam and cleaning. He said this was the best cleaning experience he’s ever had. Said it was painless. Dr JoEllen and her staff are always super nice and very welcoming.

Thank you, Dr. Schneider, for starting the process on making my smile pretty again. 3 implants scared me. I’m not gonna lie but, after my appt today I am so much more at ease. I was in zero pain during the procedure. You and Katrina (hope I’m spelling that right) were an amazing duo. I was surprised how quickly we got through the appointment too!! I can’t wait to see the finished product. You are awesome and thank you again for listening to my needs as well (insert that gum gap here) lol! Thanks again!!!
