I came in for an earache hoping to avoid going to a hospital or everett clinic. Doctor was really helpful and i had no wait time. Appointment Prescription and checkup I got through in half an hour. I like that kaiser permanente covered my copay and that they have such a great option For people who just need basic care. If you just have minor injuries this is super helpful.
Used to be awesome. But they took away the timer thing so now you have to guess when to show up. This time sat there for an hour and a half. Would have been better to schedule an appointment.
I came in for a TB test for work, thinking it would be faster and easier than dealing with the regular doctor.... I was the first one to check in at 9 am, literally the only person there and was made to wait over 40 minutes. Why do you even advertise being open at 9 am?
You couldnt find a more affordable caring Dr! She took very good care of me last March and last night. Remember drs get a lot of flack in these places so be patient!
