This has been a NIGHTMARE...cant reach anyone. Checks not being processed. Dont know about my property. Noone returns calls ans now says its closed. What about my property????
Can’t reach anyone over the phone about my property/ Storage unit and why they have not Processed five months of payments on my storage unit. I have no ideal what’s going on with my things. Very upset!
We have been using this storage unit for a year and a half now. Never had any problems. Its secure with a gate at night/after business hours and in a good location.
