My parents bought a bike from here and the salesman told them the tires and battery were new, they were put on in the previous year. They found out, after going 80 through South Dakota, they had slices on their back tire. There was only 4k miles before the trip that they put on the bike. They found a place to get new tires and the dates on the tires said they were put on in 2012 and the battery was put in, in 2013. Took my bike in to get the 5000 mile service. Technician didn't think they would have it done till next week. I got it back in two days and it runs like it's brand new. Thanks Jake and the service staff. (One happy customer)
