Myself and my friend pulled in just as a nasty storm was coming thru. The salesman, Steve was so very kind and offered us to park the bikes in the warehouse. Everyone there was very friendly and kind. The service guy even made sure our tires had the right amount of air before we left!! They went above and beyond for 2 lady riders from Illinois. Had my 20,000 mile service today. I so appreciate the service department and the substantial work they do. They have always taken really good care of my bike. My bike looked like it came off the showroom after being washed and detailed. This is the only place I will ever bring my bike.
Lisa helped my wife pick out a jacket and helmet today, she went above and beyond knowing that we wanted to spend many smiles together on our Electra Glide. The shop has a nice vibe and nice atmosphere. We will be making the trip from Clear Lake again to work with the great staff that knows riding and motorcycles.
I found a nail in my rear tire on a Wednesday after work. Took the bike in just before closing and they had it ready for me Thursday afternoon. Awesome dealership! I've done business wth them for over 25 years and highly recommend them!
went to test ride bike when i got there and me salesmen looked at bike n he just start saying how he cant let it leave like this n everything so price was be more than they had it listed even on there website
