Everyone In service, sales, parts, and every part of the store has always been more than fair and kind to me. Recently my bike had a charging issue which turned out to be a toasted voltage regulator. Made and appointment at SEHD and within 30 minutes of rolling in Reece came out and said she was all fixed and my bike is under warranty so I didn’t owe a dime. Didn’t have to do a claim or anything. So shout out to them and HD for honoring their warranty without question. This is my go-too!
We were on a once-in-a-lifetime trip across Canada and back thru the USA. We stopped in Monday in a rainstorm and inquired about a new rear tire and fluid change. 5 minutes later we were drinking coffee in the lounge and 2 hours later back out on the road. I feel bad that I didn't even get the service manager's name but thanks so much, super service!! We arrived back home Wednesday night, safe on our new Dunlop!
I was coming back today from a week long ride out west and my front tire was damaged. I pulled in and as soon as I walked in I was greeted by Freda. She took me back to service and Ryan immediately got my bike in and got the tire changed out and had me back on the road! Everyone made me feel at home and made sure I was taken care of!
Shifter pedal and shaft were wore out as I passed through from St Louis to MN, and master cylinder cover on my front brake started seeping. They had all the parts I needed and I fixed everything in the parking lot. In an hour, I was on my way. Thanks guys
