We have had a number of disappointing experiences with Dr. Scott Silver, the worst of these being when he failed to remove a piece of cotton before installing a permanent filling. This piece of cotton was found 10 months later by another dentist who had to fix this tooth after it cracked. This was negligent, unprofessional, and against any biological values, as it harbored bacteria for many months. Dr. Silver's mistake ended up costing over $1,000 to fix. It's with a heavy heart that I write this review. I was a patient at this practice since 2017. On two different occasions, I was mistreated by Dr. Scott Silver. The first time was when he was replacing my filling with a porcelain overlay. The dental procedure he did wound up being very invasive and left my molar with a gapping hole that was no longer able to be filled. He stands behind his work which is very important. The girls in the office are just as wonderful as him
Hygienist is the best ever, and the dentist is great. The admin/billing/appointments/reminders, etc are always a challenge.
