We had a 6 day stay during the month of July, 2025. - Cleanliness: 1. Common areas are awful - you can see from the pictures that the hotel is dirty. There are stains and dust everywhere. The common area trash can is overflowing. 2. Room -Spacious but dirty. The lounge chair had what looked like a period stain in the center. The room was not visited for cleaning until we went to the front desk to tell them to please come clean it. This was on the 3rd day. There were other guests complaining about the same thing. We stayed at the Eastgate Hotel BW for the night of Saturday, August 2, 2025, when we were in the area for a Seattle Mariners game. We reserved a king room with sofa bed which got us a layout that had a section with the king bed and then a separate living room area with the sofa, refrigerator, desk, large TV, sink, additional furniture, and more. The location is great, since it's right off of the freeway. The room was clean and staff were kind. The window, unfortunately, faced a crazy-bright car dealership and the curtains left way too much room for light to get in. The woman at the front desk was awesome though, super polite and friendly and the price wasn't bad at all.
