It's one of a kind! There are no other good southern cooking restaurants left to get good vegetables & homemade pies except for the Silver Caboosa! Their pecan pie has spoiled me for any other pecan pie including my own which I used to think was pretty good! . Great recipes for vegetable casseroles, mouth-watering gravy & REAL mashed potatoes! . If you haven't tried this restaurant out then you're missing out! What are you waiting for!! . .

This is a very good place to. They have the BEST home cooked meals, items on the menu. And a great lineup off deserts.
