I have called and left messages for the Medicaid lady to call me because I have questions and she does not return my calls . I have been out of eye meds for over a week that they order and give to me every morning! Last night I did not get my evening or night meds. Response time was slow when I asked for them. My Mom is happier at Silver Birch than I have seen her for YEARS. She has friends again and someone other than family to talk to, eat with and go places with. She is active again and looks forward to various activities within the community. She now has opportunities outside the community as well since they have a bus that she can go places in and she is no longer trapped in her home due to mobility issues.. If I qualified I would be there too!
