RecommendedAs a resident, I was welcomed by a caring staff. I was made to feel this new chapter in my life a new beginning. The facility is beautiful, and I enjoy activities provided. Covid happening has been a challenge, but has been tolerable by staff. Having faced cancer and now greatful to be in remission, I am enjoying assisted living at this facility. Moving forward, feeling safe and comfortable by caring staff, family and friends support.

I have called and left messages for the Medicaid lady to call me because I have questions and she does not return my calls . I have been out of eye meds for over a week that they order and give to me every morning! Last night I did not get my evening or night meds. Response time was slow when I asked for them. This happens a lot in the evening! I have been waiting on my 4 pm meds for 4 Hours. I got the wrong meds this morning and i am not happy with the nursing services. This happens a lot on the weekend. RecommendedIt's very nice place to live. Many friendly people. Beautiful on the inside. And the staff is excellent.
Recommendedits not a nursing home it's Assisted Living. And you have your own Apartment and Nurses and Aids on staff if your Having any problems. And 3 hot cooked meals a day. And they even will wash your clothes. And the Shower in your Apt is the Biggest And Best Shower I ever had or even seen. I'm very happy here.

RecommendedMy Mom is happier at Silver Birch than I have seen her for YEARS. She has friends again and someone other than family to talk to, eat with and go places with. She is active again and looks forward to various activities within the community. She now has opportunities outside the community as well since they have a bus that she can go places in and she is no longer trapped in her home due to mobility issues.. If I qualified I would be there too!
