As long as Dr. DeStasio is there..the wait is worth it
Rediculous. .poor poor practice. ..waiting for a week for lab results..no joke..tested for mrsa..action needs,to be taken Whether positive or negative..dr not in since last Thursday!!!report sitting on her desk and we know NOTHING! ..they are leaving me no other alternative but to report them to my insurance company and sue for negligence
I have been trying to call the office alllll afternoon and it still says the office is closed for lunch??????
Dr. Lanza is a 5 star but the office is barely a 2. You can NEVER get an appointment when you are sick. You are told to call the next day at 8 to be fit in but yet if you call the day before to get an appointment for an ear ache they have nothing. Don't understand how they do their appointments. Hate that I will have to find another Dr.
The office has been closed for two weeks with no date when they may reopen. I may need to find a new doctor if they don't reopen soon.
I too just called for renewal of prescriptions and got the service. My husband is a transplant patient and NEEDS his meds. I also was told that they would pass on the message. The service would not give any other information as to why they are closed and if they would ever re-open. Will give it a few days, although know someone who has been calling for the last two weeks and got the same message with no response. It's a shame cause they had a good practice going.
