I was extremely lucky to find this place. It truly is a hidden gem. I have done tons and tons of research into all types of lasers and hair removal procedures. It took me over a year of calling and visiting various places before I felt comfortable with getting the procedure done. I would never recommend this place. I have had hair removal at several other places and this is the only one that doesnt work and now I feel like I wasted my time and money. Additionally, their lazer has broken several times and they had to reschedule me numerous times. Timing is supposed to be important for the sessions, so it is just inexcusable considering it is hard to get an appt. but when you do, the lazer is broken again or some other thing has come up.
