I signed a lease with this company. I stayed in the apartment for a year. The apartment was infested with water bugs And mice I moved out 2023. I have yet to receive my security deposit it’s not fair, but I’m not giving up. The landlord was very nasty and disrespectful. He told me that he love a battle. His name is Joel Schwartz. I am really upset because I deserve my security deposit.

There are many other realty firms that will actually help you find a home or advocate for your property. The unit that I looked at in Jersey City was stunning. I was one of the first to contact Jazmin and was ready to walk through the apartment. After about 2.5 weeks of trying to talk to someone, I was asked for a time to view the apartment. This was after multiple attempts to reach a person through messages, emails, and calls. I told them my availability, but was notified through Zillow that the unit was off market four day... read more
