Scott provided us with a historical appraisal of our family home from 2011. He was quick to respond and provided it to me 2 days sooner than comitted to. Thanks!
Do not use this HACK of a company!!!! This guy Scott is a total hack!!! He doesn’t know the value of our neighborhood, he uses one year old comps and houses half the size that are not remodeled. A complete and utter hack, he should have his license revoked immediately. Do not use him ever!!!
